Christina Starr
Christina has more than 20 years of experience in public relations specializing in wine, hospitality, food and beverage, consumer products, and non-profits. She has represented brands such as Chateau Ste. Michelle, Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, Col Solare, Marchesi Antinori, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, The Edgewater Hotel, and many more.
A gifted storyteller, Christina has helped brands craft compelling narratives that inspire consumers and capture media attention. Her deep expertise in the wine category has helped her breathe new life into storied brands and launch disruptors, generating impactful media coverage and bringing new consumers to wine along the way.
She has secured press coverage in some of the most coveted media outlets, including: Martha Stewart, Oprah Daily, Food & Wine, Top Chef, Forbes, Travel + Leisure, National Geographic Adventure, USA Today, Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Wine & Spirits, Sunset, Wall Street Journal, and GQ, among others. She has cultivated deep relationships with media across multiple categories, from wine critics to travel writers, many of whom she has worked with for more than a decade.
Christina holds a Level 3 Advanced Certification in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and a B.A. in English Language & Literature from the University of Washington.
When not working, she enjoys traveling the world (Guatemala, Germany, France, and New Zealand are favorite destinations). She resides in Seattle with her husband and two rescue cats.
